I have a question about the FusionInventory.
We have a park of approximately 100 computers, different brands and models.
I used the Fusion Inventory to register some, but came a doubt. For example a computer with the name TI-DT-01 already inventoried using the Windows Agent, when a reinstallation of the operating system (format) is required, what would it look like in GLPI / FusionIventory?

It depends, what rules you used in the dictionary!
One thing that does not change on a PC is the serial number
Except in one case, the change of motherboard, at some HP manufacturer can be changed.
Another element that does not change is that of the MAC address (unless changed) of the motherboard)

Understand. But my biggest concern is about the tickets already registered at the GLPI base. After reinstalling and using the same hostname and hardware, it will either continue to count the records or create a new one.
