Formcreator => Create Ticket => Attachment Form

Hello,

I create my forms with Formcreator to make user authoring sheets and start users with formatting.

I have set up a recipient to create a glpi ticket (until now everything is fine), but the rendering in the ticket is gross in "descriptions" => which is not very readable and practical.

I suppose that GLPI did not read a form that is why it can not be displayed only in gross in a Ticket.

But my company would like the form previously created to be saved as an attachment in the ticket so that the sheet is visible as when it was created.

You can see all forms under this address:

http://your_base_address/plugins/formcreator/front/formanswer.php

Clicking on form number shows it as it was created.

Is it possible to change the form name in the form field?
Or add a tab in the glpi ticket to be able to access it.
