Communication error: 500 can't connect to xxxserver:80

After the upgrade of the client from version 2.2.7 to latest version 2.3.19

I receiving the error:
Communication error: 500 can't connect to xxxserver:80

Telnet on port 80 works?

any help will be appreciated

It is blocked by firewall, please allow 80 and 443 port or disable firewall feature.
after added, restart apache and database service. good lucky.

In glpi, in root entity form, go in tab 'FusionInventory' and the service URL may not have plugins/fusioninventory/ , so stop at the root of GLPI path
