I have a created a rule under Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mails receiver.
Criteria: Subject email header regular expression matches /.*/
Action: Entity assign default entity.
the above scenario is working fine. Tickets are creating with lot of delay (another issue)
When I change the action to "Entity based on user's profile" collector is not collecting any tickets.

It is some kind of bug that could be corrected adding a second field in criteria.
In Criteria add another field like:
User featuring the profile IS self-service

Thanks eulogy. If I select the same criteria as you mentioned it is working.
How about the users who have other profiles apart from self service.
