GLPI not treating cc persons

Hello again,

Yet another one:
We get lots of requests, most of them really, with cc's, and those are the local management, so we need to keep them in the ticket, but the app simply discards them.

Example:

request comes by email from x, with y and z in cc.
none of them have users.

The ticket gets created, but the cc-ed persons dissapear, i have only requester there.
The problem is if they have users, they are added, so i am quite sure it rejects them because it doesnt want to add non users to watcher, how can i get around this?

I reached the conclusion it's impossible, we went around it by adding dummy accounts for them all.
