Adding all user as Watchers

Hello!

It´s any way to add all applicants users like watchers in the form to create a new ticket??

Actually, only technicians appears like watchers.

Hi!

The topic can be closed. I solve that adding all user, and technicians in the same group. I created bet a group called "Observadores" (Watchers), and all user, with a crontab, all nights, add them to this group.

Administration -> Profiles -> Observer -> Default profile

Will make every new user a Watcher.
