Total duaration in Changes

Hi Friends,

I see total duration field is static under change(Assistance-->Change)  and it is displaying o seconds.

What is the purpose of this field.

Is there any filed I can enter the duration manually or select in case the change of the request is of 3 days .

Re: Total duaration in Changes

Total Duration under Changes will appear when we create a task against that Change. My colleague gave the path to resolve it. Hence resolved.
