Not really, they can be added only by network discovery or network inventory.
You need for what? perhaps if it's required for usage, we can add the right

Hello,
thank's for the reply.
We have some video projectors and interactive Whiteboards that we would liked to inventory for management. Those equipment’s work standalone without network.

how to add an unmanaged device ??? I have the version FusionInventory 9.1 + 1.0?
