Buenas tardes,

Alguien conoce como agregar un administrador a un grupo,
necesito agregar un administrador a un grupo para crear una regla de incidencia en la cuál las solicitudes que sean requerimiento envíen solicitud de aprobación al administrador de grupo, de tal modo que cuando agrego un usuario al GLPI con indicar a que grupo pertenece las incidencias que el cree con requerimiento le envíen una solicitud de aprobación al jefe inmediato.

vous devez associer le groupe à l'utlisateur
administration>utilisateur>[MyUser]>Groupe>ajouter [mon groupe] superviseur=oui

ensuite dans les règles métier pour les tickets :

critère "groupe demandeur existe"
action "demande d'approbation au superviseur du groupe demandeur"

We have 80 users and are constantly adding users,
The idea is not to create a new rule every time a user is created,
But when indicating the group to which the user belongs, GLPI sends a ticket approval request to the administrator of that group once you create an incident,

try this :

(optional) use behaviour plugin to automatically add requester group when you select requester.

set a supervisor to each group

with administration>rules>buiness rules >
create a rule for creating tickets :
criteria : requestergroup exists =yes
action : send validation request to requester group supervisor

then :
when creating users : associate with group
when creating ticket, choose the requester, thats all you will have to do.

edit :

your setting look OK : it works on my server.

when creating ticket, do you add requester group ?

Action: "requesting group" is "user group",

try to use plugin "behaviours"

then you will have a setting :(setup>general>behaviours)
"add requester group" choose "first" (or all)
and when you select a user, glpi adds his group automatically. (it works fine , i use it for years with 0.83 and now with 9.1)
