How to add a column of ticket age in ticket's grid
Please guide me how to include a ticket's age column in tickets grid.

Hi,
glpi version ?
since 0.90 (if your profile is set) you should see a tool at the top of the liste, near trashcan. with this tool you can add columns un tickets list

in list header 1st row, 1st column you should see "+" that allows to add colums in view
