We allow ticket creation from users outside our directory for requests received via e-mail (Setup - General - Assistance - "Allow anonymous ticket creation" is YES as is "Allow anonymous followups"). This works fine.
Is it possible to similarly allow those e-mail addresses not in our directory to be added automatically as watchers if CCd to a request? It doesn't seem to work currently, and just strips them out...we have to look at the original e-mail that was sent, and manually add them in as a watcher.

CC of a mail is added as watcher of a ticket if the email is know in GLPI
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

...but if the e-mail isn't then there's no way of automatically adding it like the system does for requesters (if "allow anonymous" etc. is turned on)?

Allow anonymous is only for the requester of the ticket

Hello, I would also like to be able to configure GLPI to add the email addresses from the CC and the To as watchers (with the exception of the one used to identify the entity that the ticket should be assigned to).
