Hi guys,
would you, please, advise with notifications?
I am trying to use tag ticket.URL (insert URL of a ticket) to a notification sent to a supplier (it appears irrelevant which one, I tried Assign to Supplier from Behaviors plugin and native Update Ticket to make sure).
The tag ticket.URL gives correct URL only in a notification sent to a technician, not to a supplier (supplier´s notification is just empty on the place where it should tell the URL).

can you give the example of your notification template?

Hello!
I am new in GLPI and I have a same trouble.
##lang.ticket.creationdate## : ##ticket.creationdate##
##lang.ticket.title## : ##ticket.title##
##lang.ticket.url## : ##ticket.url##
Creation Date and Ticket Title working correctly, In notification sent to admin's email all is OK, but in notification email sent to self-service user ##ticket.url## is empty.
GLPI version 9.1
What I doing wrong?
