Documents associated to Tickets not showing up 90.5

I can associate any document to a ticket.
Then hit 'save'.

When the page reloads - the document 'exists' in the 'Documents' section, but the direct reference that it is tied to a Document is gone. I can associate any number of documents, but none of them show up when I view on the ticket page.

(There used to be a 'Documents' tab for tickets in previous versions, but that has disappeared)

thanks,

-Chris

edit: using version 0.90.5

Re: Documents associated to Tickets not showing up 90.5

Operating system is on Windows 7.
Eventually, it will be running on Windows Server 2008 r2 (but have not tested yet)

Not a rights problem - I am performing the activity as the 'glpi' administrator (default account).  This account has full access to all activities.

Many thanks for the assistance.

-Chris

Re: Documents associated to Tickets not showing up 90.5

I want to know the os system of glpi server.
If it is a right problem it would be more the user who runs the apache server not the user who do the "user" login.

Did you take a look at glpi/files directory at the webserver.

You don't have this tab Documents if you use timeline and you don't want to keep all old tab in your settings

Re: Documents associated to Tickets not showing up 90.5

Yllen,

Are you saying this is an 'apache' permissions issue?  Because if the document shows up under 'documents' - shouldn't it show up 'everywhere'?

The 'glpi' admin account in the system has full access.

I recognize that this could be due to 'permissions' - but I'm not sure which permission to go after.

Re: Documents associated to Tickets not showing up 90.5

Apache = your Webserver
The webserver process is Running with a Special User Account or Act als as a User. This is nötig a glpi Account. This is a Windows or Linux User. In Linux this User Need rights in /var/www/html/glpi and all Files and Folders behind This path

Edit :
Windows je Same nur i don't Know the path

Re: Documents associated to Tickets not showing up 90.5

Is this a bug or a feature now? We have the same 'issue'...
Documents show in the followups, but no tab 'documents'
