Change SLT from assignment to first activity

Hi there and happy New Year!

I am using the new version 9.1 on a Linux system. I m verry happy about the new feature of setting a SLT but in my case the first Reaction is when i write an activity so my question is, can I change the SLT from assignment to activity?

I m still looking for a soloution to Change the behavior for the SLT.
Or may be I have the wrong idea of SLT.
