Helpdesk Ticket - feature request

I would like that abliltiy to print a ticket and has the all the activity on the ticket and the billing info in pdf format.  When one of our tech are on site, and performs a task, we need to print a ticket for the customer to sign.

That would be a nice feature.  We do alot of field work and that would be an asset.  Also, email a ticket would be nice.
