confusing action "Delete permanently" in Human resources

When a computer is associated with a person from Human resources,
trying to remove the association, is confusing in the terms that the action is called "Delete permanently", where it only disconnects the link.

There are other places where "delete" really deletes the item, so it creates confusion.

If your are on a tab of an object (bottom of the visible form), Delete permanently already only delete link between the 2 objects.
If you are on the form of an object (top of the visible form), Delete permanently erase the object from the database
