E-mail notifications readability

Most of e-mail notifications of type "Tickets" use the same template called "Tickets" - this is the default template and it contains almost full information about a ticket. But this default template is not readable on event "New followup" for example - it provides full info about a ticket whereas it would be more appropriate to provide only the followup text (+some more tiny information about the ticket itself).

Also there are events of type "Update of <something>". It would be great if those notifications will also provide the information about what was actually updated - by marking the text for example. Take a look at this screenshot from JIRA https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/attac … cation.png to get the idea.

Probably somebody has already been configuring notifications to provide more readability - if so, could you please share your templates? I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

Re: E-mail notifications readability

Have the same problem.

As far as I can see, there is no way to filter just the items that have been updated, since the event is ticket update. GLPI does not seem to track each field individually.

As far as making the tasks notification more readable, make your own separate template and try to use if/else statements to get what you want.
Also check out http://www.glpi-project.org/forum/viewt … ?id=21961. This guy had a similar problem.
