Hello everyone,

I´m have a bit o trouble on Changing the e-mail subject GLPI to Ticket. Ex. [GLPI #0000043] New ticket test 1

I´ve research around the web, but i´m not able to find/do what i´ve been finding.

I also need to remove from the singture in the e-mail which says "Automatically generated by GLPI 0.83.91".

Re: Change e-mail subject GLPI 0.83.91

-> to change the subject, you need to change inc/notificationtargetticket.class.php (line 100)
change the variable $perso_tag ='what you want';

Re: Change e-mail subject GLPI 0.83.91

david.ferreira : it's stupid to fork GLPI to change the subject of a mail because you can do it in the interface like said by Remi

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

Re: Change e-mail subject GLPI 0.83.91

Go to Administration -> Entities. Click on the Entity for which you want to change the Subject (click on Root Entity if that is the only one you use). Click on the Notification tab, then look for the entry Prefix for notifications. Change this field to reflect how you want your subject to begin. You can replace it with Ticket, for example, to have Subjects like "[Ticket #2013110182] Ticket Update - Pidgin". That is to what Remi is referring.

GLPI v0.84.6 - Ubuntu 12.04 - PHP 5.3.10-1 - Apache 2.2.22 - MySQL 5.5.37
