We just fully implemented GLPI 0.83.91, and everything seems to be going well. However, I already have two tickets with no Solution Type in the dropdown. We make Solution Type mandatory, so this will keep tickets from closing.
The SQL Request does not include the glpi_solutiontypes table.
glpilistitems shows:
SolutionType =>
KEY => VALUE
0 => 3
1 => 2
2 => 1
3 => 4
But, glpisearch shows:
SolutionType =>
KEY => VALUE
start => 0
order => ASC
is_deleted => 0
distinct => N
link =>
field =>
contains =>
KEY => VALUE
0 =>
searchtype =>
KEY => VALUE
0 => contains
link2 =>
field2 =>
KEY => VALUE
0 => view
contains2 =>
KEY => VALUE
0 =>
itemtype2 =>
searchtype2 =>
sort => 1
I can manually correct this in the DB, but since this has already occurred on two tickets, I don't know if it will continue intermittently. This error has been verified on multiple computers, using IE and Chrome, and with multiple profiles, including Super-Admin.

what are criteria do you used in search engine ?
I don't understand "This error has been verified on multiple computers" because solution type is only for ticket
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

My search criteria is "Not solved".
We verified these two tickets have the same issue regardless of computer, user, or browser.

Okay, I found the problem...
I had set up a second Entity to test if that was a route we wanted to utilize. I had no users in this Entity, so I didn't figure anyone other than Super-Admins would play with it.
Some users, however, somehow opened tickets in that Entity, preventing solutions.
Problem Solved. Please close this thread.
