Cartridge Alert

Hi all,
I have installed last version glpi 0.83 , now I have a proble about cartridge notifications
that I don't receive although test mail works fine after to be configured under Configuration -> Notification --> Email
settings.

I don't know if it is related to a bug or something wrong under configuration.

Could you HELP me ?

Thanks

Re: Cartridge Alert

What is exactly your problem ?
Have you parameter cartridge in Administration > Entity > Notification ?
Have your activate notification in automatic task ?

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Re: Cartridge Alert

What did you exactly do to send those alert mails?
It doesn't seem to work here. But most likely I forget something?

Re: Cartridge Alert

In your entity's configuration, you have Default threshold for cartridges count.
When the number of your cartridge is less than this number, notification sends

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
