Can not import user from LDAP

Hi

I want to connect my glp with LDAP
This my AD configuration
---company.com
----Region1
------Office1
----------Groups
----------Users
-------------Special Accunts

----------Computers

And this my configuration in glpi

With this setting I can not import user from my LDAP
But I can import group

Any one have suggestion for me?

Maybe removing the connection filter might help?

Finally I can import my user.
My problem is entity.
So when I try to import user I must choice correct entity same with my user entity

Where should I define this entity?
