Now we will edit the ticket template. How can i edit the dropdown from the follow field:

I think we will edit the template from ticket.
Is it possible to edit the template? and how can i edit the template?
We will edit the field Urgency and create any self created item. The other question is how can i put the Consumables to the field Associated element?

You can't change the template of a ticket. You can use it to create your ticket with predifined value or mandatory fields or hidden fields.
