OCS not synchronising with GLPI after deleting computer inventory

hi to all...
im quite new to glpi. I really think that this is a great software coz we could really use it on our network. im currently evaluating it for deployment on our network, however, I encountered some problem when I tried to delete entries on computer inventory. I tried to synchronize with the ocs data so I can have the deleted computer inventory data back but I wasnot successful. Can anybody help me.. Tnx for any help.....

Have you purge the entries in glpi ?

Re: OCS not synchronising with GLPI after deleting computer inventory

I've had this problem too. I've solved it by deleting the respective machines from the ocs inventory too. As soon as they've been refilled by ocs agents, they returned available to the glpi import facility.

However, is there a less intricated solution available?

Is there any reason you didn't just search "deleted" machines and restore the record? Or are you saying you did that and it didn't synchronize any more?
