GLPI installed as a subdirectory

I've installed GLPI in a subdirectory of my site.
Would that effect the usage of plugins?
They won't show up in my tool bar?
Is there a file I need to chmod?

Also I'm going to set up OSC on the my main server that I'm hosting several sites on.
Will one installation of OCSNG host multiple glpi sites for assett tracking?
