OCSNG is managing duplicates correctly. However, it seems like GLPI is creating new records on changes - say a change in username gets put in the contact field, and then a new record is created.
Is there anyway to have GLPI key in on Computer NAME and MAC address like OCSNG, and if the same update the record, not create a new one?
