Hardware type problem when adding ticket

Hi!

I'm having a problem with my GLPI installation. When I add a ticket from the Helpdesk, I can select just one of these hardware types: General, Computer, Software and Phones, so I can't open a ticket on a Printer or Monitor unless I go to that printer or monitor and open the ticket from there.

I see that I can modify an open ticket and change the hardware type to the one I need (Printer, Network, Montor, etc.)

I see it works fine on your demo, so it must be something wrong with my installation.

Anybody has the same problem? Do you have an idea on where can be the problem?

Greetings,
Francisco.

Re: Hardware type problem when adding ticket

Thank you tsmr.

That was the thing. I didn't even knew that it was a config screen on profiles. :-)
