Can you give me an example? and for which version of glpi?

There are 2 department. How to make sure that the department could not assign an application for employee kontkretnogo another department? Now every manager sees all the organization's managers in creating applications. Version 0.84 and 0.85.

You can't.
to do what you want you must define your department as an entity
