actions are more complicated in 0.84 compared with 0.83

Even though the interface is nicer that previous,
executing an action takes longer, since the button action (push 1) presents another windows with a drop down list that needs to be pressed (push 2), selected (push 3), then gives an button "Post" (push 4).

Solution in an out of idea's state:
Possibly post more buttons, in form of icons, near the Action button, in the same row, representing "Quick" global actions.
Similar with the little nice buttons in the breadcrumb area.

The system is similar for all the items and some items have a lot of massive actions possibles, so you will have to many little button to show.
You have a ticket in the roadmap to show only the action if is alone, without the select dropdown
