why can not i request the ticket as limited size, which is 100m now.

i have installed glpi version 0.8308 but i dont know i can not setup the file size during creating ticket. please help

Go to Setup -> General, then choose Assistance. Check your filesize in "Maximum size of each file imported by the mail receiver (Default value) :".

Then, go to Setup -> Receivers. Verify that the filesize in "Maximum size of each file imported by the mail receiver :" matches the previous setting. This one takes precedence, so if you have 20 MB set in your General Settings, but "No import" is chosen here, there will be no attachments with your email tickets.

yes, i setup the 4MB for filesize from Maximu size of each file imported by the mail receiver (Default Value):" but as user wants to create any ticket which of bile max is 100MB.

Acutally it worked before, but i dont know where it is changed.

No,i'd like to specify the size of attached file as requested for example 4m ,8m, anything. but now the max value of attached file is 100MB even i configured as you said.

It is my obfuscatio for this point.  thank you very much.

Acutally as i created one ticket with file that is 100m (max), i dont know why / since imported file space is too big to banlance glp server so that i'd lik to limit this space. who can help me on this matter.
