Notification Error?

Hello

I set glpi and works well, but I have a doubt.

when a user creates a ticket from email, the system responds with the notification. But if the user creates a ticket from the form, the user is not notified, does not receive any email.

This is a bug, this is the normal procedure?

Thank you!

Re: Notification Error?

Maybe it will be obvious, but ... someone could help me with my question?

Thanks!

Re: Notification Error?

The send of a notification depends of an event and not of a source of creation.
Does your user created a ticket from the form as an email ?

Re: Notification Error?

Ok, it seemed to work, something I was doing wrong, but not exactly that, I guess the problems started when I disabled the notifications, turned to leave as he was, and it works. Thanks anyway!
