probleme etat inventaire reseau

bonjour
j'essaie d'implanter fusioninventory for glpi sur un serveur linux fedora core 12

Glpi agro : 0.83.6
fusioninventory-for-glpi-metapackage_0.83+2.2.1.tar.gz
glpi-webservices-1.3.1.tar.gz   

complet installé d'apres les tuto
tous semble ok

Dans config generale :
Activé par default :    inventaire
inventaire reseau (snmp)
Decouverte reseau
Installation d’un paquet
Inventaire distant des hotes Vmware


               
install Cotés poste client sur serveur windows2003 avec  fusioninventory.vbs
Install avec le vbs  contenant fusioninventory-agent_windows-i386_2.2.7-4.exe
En activant debug a l’install

la remonté d'inventaire du serveur est ok coté GLPI

par contre aucune remonté d'inventaire réseau , snmp
apres avoir ajouter une tache normal , inventaire reseau , definition de plage ip, vecteur ( ce  serveur 2003) et lancer cette tache

apres avoir été patient 12h...et moulte essai
j'ai toujours le meme probleme aucune remonté de scan...
les agents remontent bien dans fusioninventory ( installation sur plusieurs machines differentes )


j'ai meme tester avec une version plus ancienne cotés client et cotés serveur ( apres desinstall complet du client et du serveur)

l'acces au client port:62354 fonctionne pour chaque client en windows2003

Il faut passer par une découverte réseau avant que faire un inventaire réseau (car les équipements ne sont pas encore dans votre GLPI)

effectivement je passe en premier par une tache decouverte reseau


je dois certainement oublié quelque chose mais je vois pas...
je recapitule mon lancement:
gestion des taches (normal)
+ creation d'une tache
   communication push

  action
    decouverte reseau
      perimetre+
        mon reseau:(10.0.90.1 a 10.0.90.254)
      vecteur+
        agent (un serveur sr2003    bien remonté dans la liste des agents installé )

taches actif --> forcer le demarrrage

.....
la tache passe a preparer puis  a demarrer mais je peux attendre indefiniment,je n'ai aucune remonté
d'adresse  avec toujours a la
fin du fichier agent-log.txt (sur le client)

Bonjour a toute l'equipe
je suis toujours a la recherche d'aide ...
je dois certainement oublié quelque chose
...
j'ai recommencé completement , j'ai meme reinstallé sur une vm un fedora core18 + glpi
+ fusioninventory
et toujours le meme resultat , aucune remontée de scan reseau ou snmp
l'inventaire de nouvelle machine via l'install d'agent ne pose pas de probleme...
mais aucun scan ne remonte

quelqu'un peut m'aider ??

Oui donc là on voit que le serveur ne donne pas l'ordre à l'agent, donc t'as un soucis au niveau de la tache dans le plugin

j'ai refait plusieurs fois la config coté serveur
parametre agent /tache/ plage IP   
en activant dans la configuration generale ,
              inventaire ( actif par defaut)
               inventaire reseau (snmp)
                découverte reseau

meme tjrs meme pb la tache passe de preparer a  demarrer  et passe a 50%
et reste toujours a 50% sans remonté de decouverte reseau ou d'inventaire reseau
seul l'inventaire de l'agent remonte...

y a t il des logs a verifier ?

je suis toujours bloquer aucune remonté de netdiscovery

des images etant plus parlante, je mets des copies d'ecran sur mes parametres...
je coince... je commence a rouiller

bonsoir,

j'ai eu le même problème moi aussi,

je vois que tu lances ta tâche de découverte réseau sur l'entité racine qui ne correspond peut-être pas au périmètre des plages IP que tu souhaites découvrir,
je te suggère de te placer sur l'entité qui corresponde bien à ton périmètre deplages IP et d'y créer ensuite ta tâche de découverte,
pour determiner cette entité, il suffit de regarder du coté INVENTORY >> Règles d'entités,
