installed Fusioinventory GLPI plugin Beta 4 with Fusioninventory Agent 2.0.3
When I run the agent :
[debug] sending XML
[error] Deflating problem
[error] No anwser from the server
where should I look for ?
Offline
can you give me parameters of agent ?
Offline
Agent running with parameters:
fusioninventory-agent --server=http://X.X.X.X:81/glpi/plugins/fusioninventory/front/plugin_fusioninventory.communication.php --debug --devlib
Offline
It's look right
look in glpi/files/_plugins/fusioninventory/ dial.*
remove all dial.* file before run agent and after see what you have and copy it here
Offline
Deleted all dial.* files
Run agent again with same params
Got same error
Found a new file named dial.log292839068
It contains :
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<REQUEST>

Did you find something ?
Offline
Hi.
I've got the same problem.
I use fusioninventory-glpi v. 2.2.1 and fusioninventory-agent v. 2.0.5.
and run agent by command with parameters showed in post above.
switch --debug show me:
[error] Deflating problem
[error] No anwser from the server
also files dial.XXXXXX are created.
I'm looking for solution, but google says nothing.

Set in your preference in debug mode and after do to webpage : http://X.X.X.X:81/glpi/plugins/fusionin … cation.php
Can you send me source of this page when you have loaded it ?
Offline
I put this link to my borwser (of course with my ip address), but there is blank site and source is empty. There is nothing.
Offline
ok, so it coulbe be ok, do you use SSO (LDAP authentification by LDAP or other) ?

No, I don't use SSO.
Offline
Have you zlib php module installed and loaded ?
Offline
Yes. php zlib module is active:
ZLib Support enabled
Stream Wrapper support compress.zlib://
Stream Filter support zlib.inflate, zlib.deflate
Compiled Version 1.2.1.1
Linked Version 1.2.3.3
I did a test. I have replaced address server to http://x.x.x.x/ocsinventory and it worked, added localhost to OCS Inventory.
But SNMPQuery and NetDiscovery module didn't work. --debug said:
[debug] No NETDISCOVERY. Exiting...
[debug] No SNMPQuery. Exiting...
However this modules are installed. So there I have another problem.
I don't want run agent for ocs but for glpi.
Offline
ah nice. I think it's a problem in plugin configuration, see if you have activated snmp in configuration (tab modules) and in agent if you have put to yes discovery and snmpquery and your range ip is put to yes for discovery and/or query
Offline
I checked config and:
in settings tab module i have snmp=yes, inventory and query also.
in ip range settings query and discovery are active and agent is choosen.
in snmp agent settings agent is added automaticaly after run command in console.
inventory, query and discovery are active but filed version is empty.
I have installed agent via cpan. Maybe there is a problem? Agent isn't correctly installed?
I don't know where i should look for.
Offline
perhaps, try this command :
perl -MFusionInventory::Agent::Task::NetDiscovery -e1
Offline
command did nothing. I mean there is no output.
Offline
ok, so it's installed.
run agent with --debug and at the top when you run agent, you have few lines like :
[debug] $VAR1 = '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<REPLY>
<PROCESSNUMBER>1274863673/023</PROCESSNUMBER>
<OPTION>
<NAME>SNMPQUERY</NAME>
<PARAM CORE_QUERY="1" THREADS_QUERY=
what have you ?

Delete files in glpi/plugins/fusioninventory and try this package : http://forge.fusioninventory.org/attach … ase.tar.gz
Offline
i have replaced files and there is the same output.
in tab : history of agent execution have appeared entries with start date and time and clepsydra in filed state.
Offline
and you have always "Deflating problem" ?
Offline
almost. only if i put server=http://10.14.19.153/ocsinventory there is a entry in ocs. but no discover and query.
Offline
Add in plugins/fusioninventory/front/plugin_fusioninventory.communication.php
at line 162 to have :
$ptc->setXML($ptc->getXML());
file_put_contents(GLPI_PLUGIN_DOC_DIR."/fusioninventory/error.log".rand(), $ptc->getXML());
echo $ptc->getSend(); // echo response for the agent
run agent and see in glpi/files/_plugins/fusioninventory/error.log* and give me result
