send tickets between entities

Good Morning,

I have e little cuestion.

We can send tickets between entities, for example if i create una ticket inside the entitie A and this ticket should be was created in the Entitie B.

I can send the ticket from A to entitie B ?

Hello,

Assuming you have the needed right on BOTH entities, in the ticket list, select the ticket(s) you want to send to another entity, click the "Actions" button and select "Add to transfer list".
Follow the wizard.
