glpi 9.2.3 Notification Queue dont work
Hi, have glpi 9.2.3, but when make a ticket the emails dont go out , see the Notification queue and still on queue, prove on CLI and GLPI mode and nothing, make a crontab with the parameters to launch the cron.php and force this task, nothing work, my system
linux ubuntu 16.10
glpi 9.2.3
mysql 5.7.18
some ideas?

Hi,
Is your automatic action "queuednotification" enabled?
Do you have problem with other automatic action?

yes, its enabled "queuednotification", dont have any problem with another automatic action, they execute ok

If you don't touch anything, it doesn't go away?
Even after a few minutes?
You confirm your "queuednotification" action is on "CLI" run mode ?
You confirm your "Email followups configuration" is done and the administrator can receive the test mail?
Maybe you checked all that already but, better be safe

btw mysql 5.7 is not supported but not your problem. there a many threats here that can help you. sorry my onenoted crashed so i don't have the fast links for you.
