Block tickets to not be deleted

Hello, I recently star to manage a GLPI platform and I want to disable the capability of the regular users to delete tickets. I've been looking in the administration tab but I didn't see a way to do it.

I am wondering the same thing, we want regular staff to be able to create adn update tickets with followup, etc but I don't want staff to delete their own ticket, is this possible?
