Rules - choosing a technician automatically assigns technician group

Hi all,

we're using GLPI and I would like to know if it's possible to auto assign technician group once technician is assigned?
We have a group, let's call it "IT-support-europe" and inside, there's 4 support technicians. It would be great if a technician could assign the ticket to himself (memeber of the group) and then the technician group is auto assigned as "IT-support-europe". I know it can be easily done inside the ticket, but we're trying to automatize as much as possible. Is such thing possible?

Hi, behavious plugin can assign to technicians group(s). it works at ticket creation,  But i'm not sure it works on ticket update.


Trouver la panne avant de réparer...
