dropdown source

hi everyone.

After an intense search and reading, I found nothing that could help me. so I ask for your support. I want to define the source of a dropdown to a specific table, where I want to show the column "name" and also filter that source through the column "company" and "state". Does anyone know how to do this?

I believe you have to chang the core / fork the project to do this or use a plugin / develop a plugin.
