incorrect URL in ticket emails

this is a weird one, and doens't happen all the time but sometimes the url for tickets ( any of the notifications ) has a link to the notification template appended onto it
so instead of
https://<our URL>/index.php?redirect=ticket_693_Ticket$1&noAUTO=1
Its
https://<our URL>/front/notificationtemplatetranslation.form.php?id=4&notificationtemplates_id=4https://<our URL>/index.php?redirect=ticket_693_Ticket$1&noAUTO=1

The text in the email itself looks fine but the url it sends you to is the weird concatenation of the template url and actual ticket url,  any idea how to fix this or what may cause it?

I don't have this poroblem  -  are you sure that you don't change the default template?

I am also facing the same issue some unexpected urls are coming in the emails recived from glpi. PLease let me know where is this url configured.
