Ticket Task Duration

Hi

I observed that if we select Ticket task Duration as 24 hours it is showing as 1 Day.

As per our company policy it should be 3 days if we select 24 hours and not 1 Day.

Is there any possibility to set the Ticket task Duration based on working hours.

Version we are using is 9.1.2

24 hours is always 1 day, date to date.
