Fusion and Lets Encrypt certificate

Hello everyone,

I deployed FusionInventory a few months ago, the agents connect on https://glpi.myserver.fr/plugins/fusioninventory/, which I secured with a Lets Encrypt certificate

Randomly some agents don't send their inventory, it seems they can't connect to the server, here are the logs:

[Tue Feb 13 12:06:42 2018][info] sending prolog request to server server0
[Tue Feb 13 12:06:43 2018][error] [http client] communication error: 500 Can't connect to glpi.monserveur.fr:443
[Tue Feb 13 12:06:43 2018][error] No answer from server at https://glpi.myserver.fr/plugins/fusioninventory/

If I set no_ssl_check to 1, it works, but my certificate is valid, if I go to https://glpi.myserver.fr/ on differents browsers (Edge, IE, Firefox, Chrome) from the failing agent's PC everything is fine.

I have this problem on 20 m computers but I also have 980 others that work perfectly, I didn't recognize any patterns it really seems random.

Does someone else uses GLPI + Fusion with a Lets Encrypt certificate ?

(GLPI and Fusion are up to date, running on a CentOS 7 LAMP stack)

Thank you,

Léo

Re: Fusion and Lets Encrypt certificate

Résolu, le problème venait de la config apache, rien à voir avec GLPI
