Same username diferent ldap domain

Hi,

While synchronizing diferent ldap servers, I have detected that if the username from and entity matches the user from a different entity it only syncrhonizes 1 user.

Example:

Entity1 has the user jdoe (real name: john j. doe)
Entity2 has the user jdoe (real name: john r. doe)

GLPI Only synchronices jdoe from entity1

I've been looking around the forums but found nothing. Any ideas on how to synchronize both?

Hi,
Goto Home->Setup->authentication->ldap directories
Try to write in the login field userprincipalname. Then all user accounts will be in the fqdn format (login@domain)
