Unable to use GLPI 9.2.2 with locale es_419

Hi all.

We are ussing GLPI 9.1.3, and update to 9.2.2 in a new server, but when the system upgrade, we are unable to login in the application, the user and password were accepted, but the main screen dashboard and the other windows never show.

When activate the debug mode, I receive the following error:

There is no way to access the application, the only one options is change the Default language to any other than es_419 locale, to do this, I need to change the table gfi_configs the column language to es_CO or en_US for example.

Additionally, in the locale folder, I saw 7 spanish transtations, es_AR,es_CO,es_CL,es_ES,es_MX,es_VE, but in the application only see 6 Español (Argentina) - Español (Colombia) - Español (España) - Español (América Latina) - Español (Mexico) - Español (Venezuela).

I really ned your help!

Restart your Apache server to clean opcache of user

Thant You for your answer, but really I do it, after that, some times the system works and other times the error is the same. this issue only occur with the es_419 language.

What is your OS?
because in your log a see you use xampp

Actually we are using windows Server 2012 R2, and PHP version 7.2.2
