Hello,
If a customer creates a ticket via FormCreator (or email? Not sure) and send some text between <> For example: Please create this e-mail <glpimakesmemad@glpi.com>, it disappear in notifications and Tickets collumn.
Can you please tell me where can be the problem? It doesnt matter what text I put in between it always disappear.
