Hello,
I would like to call GLPI fron another program, but I would like to be able to start GLPI with a new ticket with demand/incident preselected.
So I would like to be able to begin GLPI with a new ticket of type DEMAND, and other times with type INCIDENT. I see that by default INCIDENT is always set.
Is it possible?

by using GLPI API, you can create an API client that creates tickets of any type ,any categories ....

Do you mean "Demand/Incident" as "Request/Incident" Ticket Type?
By default you can set this option by default in:
Administration -> Entities -> Assistance -> Tickets Default Type.
If you want preselection as Category i.e.:
PC Overheated (By default it would be an Incident)
Software Installation (By default it would be a Request)...
you can do it by using Ticket templates.
