Don't see all request source

Hello,

I have 9 type of request source but in menu i can choose only 7... Why?

setup>dropdowns>resquest sources> [myMissingSource]
active Y/N
Visible for tickets Y/N
visibles for Followups Y/N

Trouver la panne avant de réparer...
