Hi everyone,
We’d like to differentiate between tickets that are pending input from someone and tickets that are pending a technical implementation (Syncronisation, software update, …)
So in fact we'd like to have more than one pending state...
Is this possible?
Thanks!

No it not easy possible. You can fork the project and can do a big, big code change.
We use the system in this way:
- pending, should only used for "waiting for response from the user" or "waiting for bug occurs again".
- if the ticket is waiting for implemantation, (doing in the future) we set it to Processing (planned)
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.
