Hello. I would like to ask.
We are using GLPI version 9.2. and when we want to add a solution to Knowelage base, it wont work.
When we are closing the ticket we change "Save & Add to the Knowledge Base" to "YES". The ticket is closed but there is no adding the solution to KB. It is all gone, no sign of it. What am I missing?

Tools -> Knowledge Base -> Manage -> My Unpublished Articles
Search for your solutions if are in there.

Hey thanks for the tip. But it is not there. But as far as I know it should be published automaticly after we select "Save & Add to the Knowledge Base" to "YES" in the resolution tab (Ticket-Processing ticket- solution- Save & Add to the Knowledge Base- YES). After we click yes the solution is not saved in KB.

After you click the solution it should open a popup asking you the category in KB and the targets to publish. Does it happens?
I already did the same in my system GLPI 9.2.1 and works. Try upgrading.

I am afraid it is not working. The only things I can choose are:

Description:
I cannot choose the category. Maybe it is a hdden field or something?
