Hi All
We are in process of update from 0.72.4 to 9.2.1 (Without migration, clean installation xD)
In 0.72.4 we use a plugin for satisfaction surveys, we choose when the survey may be sent to user.
In 9.2.1, we see that the surveys are sent automatically, and we can't skyp some tickets in case that satisfaction surveys aren't necessary.
How we can control this?
We need "something" like a checkbox that we mark in case we want that the survey must be sent, or rule for some categories...
Any Ideas?

you can decide to send the survey for each entity.
