Use info filled in form in Tasks

Hi,

is it possible to use the answers filled in a form in a task?

I try to make a form where the requirements for a new user are filled in and use these in the tasks in a ticket.
So the info from the form should be automatically be filled in the tasks.
Is that possible?

GLPI version ?

you can use API rest ( or webservice plugin) to add/update  tasks to a ticket and/or create tickets ( and much more) .
