Hello,
I've encountered a issue with a rule created for Update.
A user with "normal" profile selects a main category named "ERP".
A rule based on user location is triggered and will assign the ticket to local helpdesk group.
Logical operator: and
Use rule for: Add
Criteria: Requester location is Milan,IT
Actions: Technician group assign Milan-Helpdesk-Group
Then a user from the local helpdesk group can change the ticket category and selects a subcategory (ERP Issue) under the main one, ERP. (These categories are hidden from users with normal profile - simplified interface)
A rule should be triggered for UPDATE:
Logical operator: and
Use rule for: Update
Criteria: Requester location: regular expression matches (,RO|,DE|,IT)
Category is ERP > ERP Issue
Actions: Technician group assign ERP-Helpdesk-Group
This rule is not working for UPDATE but works for CREATE (if I make visible the subcategory)
If I exclude from the rule the part for Location: Requester location: regular expression matches (,RO|,DE|,IT)
and let UPDATE, the rule is working on UPDATE.
Is this a bug or I am doing something wrong? When I test the rule with the rule "simulator" it gives the correct route of the ticket.
EDIT: I'm using GLPI 9.1.6
Thank you!
